Hello!

This is basil 🍃

This is a continuation of the third part of the Mesm Tokyo Autograph Collection Accommodations.

This time, as an extra edition, I would like to send you the recommended access method to Mesm Tokyo and its supplementary information!

It's a shame as a start dash for a fun trip if you get bored on the way to the hotel 😭

At Mesm Tokyo, there is a mechanism that you can enjoy even before check-in!

The trick is that there is a water taxi dock

This is Mesm Tokyo as seen from the dock!

What do you think! It's very close 😋

By the way, I used the Tokyo Mizube Line this time!

Very reasonable for 700 yen per person! !!

And then, when I asked the hotel if early check-in was possible this time, it was OK 🙆🏽‍♂️

This early check-in is very powerful as you will be at the Takeshiba pier at 13:10 when you head to the hotel with the ticket listed above!

Even if you can't check in early, you won't be bored until 15:00, which is the normal check-in time, as Waters Takeshiba has many shops and the surrounding area has been redeveloped and large commercial facilities are lined up. 😙 (In this case, it is recommended to leave your luggage at the bell desk on the 1st floor of the hotel!)

Where should I take a water taxi?

So, you can take a water taxi from Ryogoku or Asakusa, but this time I would like to introduce the flow when you get on from Asakusa!

The boarding place is

Asakusa Nitenmon Water Taxi Station
It will be Tokyo water taxi Asakusa-Nitenmon stop.

1-1-31 Hanakawado, Taito-ku, Tokyo 111-0033

The departure time of the water taxi is 12:30, so it is recommended to eat lunch in Asakusa before heading to the hotel.

First, get hungry before taking a water taxi.

This is a restaurant called "WASHOKU(Japanese Color)".

f:id:pennebasil:20210408220520j:plain

The great thing here is that there are rooftop seats ☀️

f:id:pennebasil:20210408220529j:plain

From the Sky Tree to the Asahi Breweries headquarters, you can get a panoramic view of THE Asakusa ⭐️

The essential food is not defeated by the gorgeous scenery!

f:id:pennebasil:20210408220551j:plain

12 kinds of obanzai plates (2200 yen)

It is said that it is supervised by a registered dietitian ★

Miso soup is different for each person, so when I went to make it, somehow cute balls were prepared!

It seems that this is miso ball 😚

It looks great 😙

f:id:pennebasil:20210408220612j:plain

I finished making miso soup and took a picture with Bashabasha 📸

After finishing the meal, follow the cherry blossom road to the water taxi 🚶‍♂️🌸

I don't know if it's a duck or a duck, but this kid also enjoyed the walk 🦆🚶‍♂️

What if you arrive at the water taxi stand early?

I had a little time before the water taxi time, so I killed time with iced coffee and ice cafe au lait!

In front of the water taxi stand, there are cafes such as Tully's Coffee and Cafe His Wi ~

Taste The Difference | TULLY'S COFFEE - タリーズコーヒー

Cafe W.E (カフェ ウィ) (浅草/カフェ) - Retty

This time I used Cafe W.E! !!

It's finally time to board the ship

f:id:pennebasil:20210408220813j:plain

What is the view from the water taxi?

From here it will be the view from the water taxi

The Sky Tree is getting farther away, isn't it?

It takes about 40 minutes from Asakusa to Waters Takeshiba by water taxi ⏳

f:id:pennebasil:20210408220959j:plain

If you enjoy the sea breeze and the changing scenery, 40 minutes will be instant!

Arrived 😀

f:id:pennebasil:20210408221010j:plain

Waters Takeshiba has tidal flats.

It will be released at events!

f:id:pennebasil:20210408221020j:plain

There were no events on this day, so I couldn't enter and only photos from the outside 📸

Berth seen from the tidal flat side

It's fresh, so it's shiny! ✨

Thank you for reading to the end.

What I wanted to tell you this time is that if you are heading to Mesm Tokyo, you should take a water taxi. That was it! !!

This article is the end of my stay at Mesm Tokyo!

From tomorrow onwards, we will post the accommodation notes of the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel, so be sure to check it out as well ⭐️
